From request to verified report.
Westbound Analytics does not sell testing at a checkout. Requests are reviewed first so that scope, sample requirements, and pricing are right before anything ships.

Build your request
Describe each sample and select the analyses you want. Add supporting files such as an existing COA or product label. Nothing is charged at this stage.

Lab review
Westbound Analytics reviews the requested scope. We may ask for more information through the secure message thread on your request.

Approval & submission
If we can perform the work, you receive a proposal with pricing, required sample amount, number of vials, and turnaround. After you accept, private submission instructions are released.

Sample received
When your sample arrives it is inspected, logged with a unique sample ID, and assigned a storage location. Every step from this point is recorded in the chain of custody.

Analytical testing
An analyst performs each approved analysis and records structured results against the fields defined for that test.

Results & verification
A reviewer checks every result before a report can be generated. Released reports carry a verification code and QR code; anyone holding the report can confirm it is authentic and current.
